How did I not know this? I didn't realize there was such a gap there. I am genuinely stunned to learn this.
No, I’m sorry. I misread you as the opposite. Those were playoff runs.

Forgot about him. Thought he might get more than that. And I like the potential fit with Towns

I kinda like Vonleh and Bell as the backups. They have some potential to do more. Nice low risk high reward options.
Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

Utah instead signs Jeff Green to a 1-year $2.5M deal, per Woj.
We`ll take all the cheap depth we can get, and Green played okay last year. This is good.

Do the Wolves have any exceptions left? Would be really surprised if he couldn't get more than the minimum.

I assume we send next year's pick. But i would have preferred some sort of .01% protection in case Brogdon and Vic aren't healthy. Seems stupid to tie the pick up do long.jbk1234 wrote:pacers33granger wrote:MoneyTalks41890 wrote:
Doesn't this affect Indy's ability to trade any of those intervening picks?
Was really hoping it would turn into two 2nds after a few years. Ugh.
If the Pacers don't make the playoffs at any point over the next six years, I'm not sure the pick is going to be the problem.
Id have gladly paid a few more mil to Brogdon to keep the picks and make certain there's no match. We got our guy bit i feel it could have been done better.

Wolves situation is this:
Mid-Level Exception - $9.25, can be split up
Bi-Annual Exception - $3.62, can be split up
Traded Player Exception - $2.67 (Patton), expires 11/12/19
Traded Player Exception - $3.48 (Saric), expires 7/6/20
Vet Minimum Exception
Less whatever they used on Napier, Treveon Graham, and Jordan Bell
They need to stay under the lux too.

2m is going to be the vet min.

Yeah that's a great move for them.

Good luck to the Jazz. Green's inconsistencies will get on their nerves sooner or later.

Yeah they’ll be in a tight spot if Kawhi doesn’t pick them. Much tighter than the Clippers or even Raptors.

No doubt. But right now we are the beggars who can`t be choosers. If he`s NBA talent we will take him, warts and all.

Re: Random Rumor and General Offseason Discussion Thread
Klutch guys are sidelined just in case - KCP, Mook and Markieff, Lyles.
Javale McGee still not signed anywhere, probably waiting on Kawhi's decision as well. Cousins probably hoping Leonard chooses Raps. Rondo still out there.
JR Smith and Iguodala will end up there if Kawhi signs.
