All sign-and-trades rarely bring back much of an asset. Top offer for one team is overpay for the rest.
MIN needs matching salary for future trades, with JJ gone, so they might sign him regardless.
Don’t be shocked if Beasley rejects all offers, and plays one year on a $5 mil QO.
I would bet on the Wolves matching a MLE level offer. Rosas biggest decision point is whether a contract will be a positive asset or not, and Beasley on a MLE deal is likely to have trade value.

Is Oubre the single most expensive player in league history in terms of the actual dollars a team will have to pay?

It's funny to me that Woj has used the phrase "making him an unrestricted free agent" several times prior to this tweet, but chose not to utilize it here.

Milwaukee not guaranteeing Ilyasova means the Bogdanovic deal is 100% dead.

Not necessarily 100% (they could S&T guys like Sterling Brown and Korver and Connaughton and Matthews back to Sacramento to make up the salary instead), but close enough, yeah.

Apparently they almost did in the Horford trade (3 way).
But there’s time I expect a few more from each team.

That is interesting if Detroit wants Horford to play or did they want the sweetener? Was it going to be a three way or were both Detroit and OKC bidding against each other to be the Horford dumping ground?
Horford has a year longer contract than Blake Griffin, and Griff of course is a Oklahoma native. That extra year would need pick sweetener and that's not what OKC seems to be about - they're still Lottery Pick collectors themselves.
Horford makes 8.5M less a season though, so over two years Detroit would end up a head 17M, but the extra year of Horford means in the end Detroit takes on 13M extra salary.

Horford's last year is only guaranteed for 14.5 million, so a total guarantee amount of 69 million. Blake has about 75.5 left guaranteed. Of course, getting off the money a year earlier is a plus as well, instead of eating 14.5 for nothing...

HW dropped it in another thread came from Lowe and Marks I think without much more info than there was some discussion. I’m really not sure what it would’ve looked like. Blake is frankly too good for us to take back, even with the native angle.
