I don’t even see what Dallas could offer Chicago that would interest them honestly. Is it just Powell and a pick? But then what pick, that Dallas owns, is Lauri worth?
With Lonzo/Zach/Caruso/White - I don’t see Green or Brunson being selling points.
Lauri is a big surprise to me though. I expected SAS to pay him as well. Confused by Chicago though, they might see him as a long term piece and get to keep him on a good contract now? He’s an awful fit with Vooch - but he does seem to fit with White/Lonzo/Williams. That’s not a great young core but is a backup option if the team blows it up? Obviously not their plan or a good plan.

The Minnesota interest has come from a few sources. I agree, the pieces seems like a bit of guesswork. And I’m sure Chicago fans want it to be Culver, a 1st, and McDnaiels, and Minnesota fans want it to be Prince and Okogie.
