I don't see a good match there. BOS still wants to field a title contender when Tatum is back. I think post Steph picks are too far off. If they do deal White, I think it will be for nearer term stuff that's more easily used to help a Tatum window. I understand they could trade those GSW pieces for help over the next year or two so they have pieces in place alongside Tatum in 26-27 and beyond, but I think that's more variable than they'd like.

I love that fit. Cade being a big PG means you stay insanely switchable, a lot like BOS with the years of mostly playing 2 big combo guard type of PGs at a time (Smart/White/Brogdon/Jrue).

Bulls get some expirings. Lakers gets expensive depth.

Would be hard for LAL to swallow using assets there. Ball is nice, but hes damaged goods and likely gonna miss 40 games a year. Patrick Williams is unplayable on a bloated deal.

Far as LAL. The benefit would be having 19 million in expirings next season instead of this season assuming they can’t find a deal this off season bc of limited assets.

Williams contract isn’t idea but that’s part of the reason he’s obtainable.
