It probably hurt his ego since he likes to show off to women, and now that everyone saw the video he probably thinks that after he got knocked out and didn't do anything about it his machismo level dropped a bit. Nothing to get embarrassed about but who knows what a young famous athlete may feel after that incident
He's in amazing shape and is filthy rich. I don't think he has to worry about getting women.
