That's RealGM, users think that Cousins is a taller Ron Artest or something like that!!

I love Paul George and I think he has star potential and a likely case of one of the top 3 role players in the game, but A) right now he's not that and nothing in his stats or watching him leads to represent superstar talent, but, B) the guys you want to put him ahead of are superstars and stars and basically all franchise players who sell a ton of tickets and are locked up on long contracts or tied to RFA.

So you're arguments are basically
1. a stat that claims Mike Dunleavy to be an above average player
2. he's used as a 5th option on playoff team that has all offense first players, one an all-star, two former all-stars, and a shoot first point guard all while being a 21 year old 2nd year player.
3. your personal opinion of his potential, even though scouts and draft websites said he had one of the highest, if not, the highest potential from his draft class.
Seems like he should definitely be on this list, unless we're only going by PER or players putting up good numbers on bad teams. I find it hard to believe Paul George wouldn't have much better numbers if he were on a Detroit, Cleveland, Golden State, or Washington. Then maybe PPG & PER nuts would put a player like Paul George on this list. Unfortunately your team needs to be ass to be on a list like this. I remember Granger making this list when his team played like ass. I'd rather win, than lose so PG can finally get on this list. You guys can keep him off for now.

Alienware pointed out my error. I had a massive reading comprehension fail.
I agree I would have definitely liked to see Paul George on this list. I thought you were talking about George should have been #7 and you would have taken him over all those guys you listed.
Doh!

Irving and Rubio over D-Will are head scratchers. On a good team, D-Will is probably an MVP candidate.
Griffin and Kobe should probably be switched. Even though Kobe is getting old, I still think he would demand a huge asking price; even more so than Griffin.

Lookin back, I'd rather him not be on the list.
You guys are horrible talent evaluators.![]()
I'm sure Kevin Love will be like a lot on that list and out of the top-25 when he's known as a career loser.

I guess you can put Gary Payton, Karl Malone, Elgin Baylor, Reggie Miller, John Stockton, Barkley, Ewing, 'Nique Wilkins and Bernard King.
Trust me this is a list on here of people's opinions, I mean George is a fine talent but just cause he's not on here doesn't mean he's not valuable.
I think that Deron Williams should easily be higher then Irving or Rondo Williams is a legit top 15 talent we seen what he could do with a good Utah team I think he's easily in the CP3, Rose conversation as the elite PG's in the league with the right cast.

But would you give up more for Irving, or an unextended Deron as Toronto. Once Williams has a new contract and can't leave you with zilch in 4 months, his value will match his on court production. Before then, if I'm 20+ teams in the league I wouldn't give up much for him, especially since a sign and trade doesn't even get him more money when he leaves you.

1- Dwight Howard. I'm assuming you get him with an extention agreed to.
2- Lebron James. Could have gone #1, but, I prefer to build around a big.
3- Kevin Durant. Hard to knock the kid.
4- Blake Griffin. Potential is too hard to pass on.
5- Dwayne Wade. Has shown he can carry a franchise.
6- LeMarcus Aldridge. Best big on the board.
7- Ricky Rubio. Highest potential PG in the league.
8- Chris Paul. Again, assuming an extention.
9 - Derrick Rose. Can't go too far wrong with the MVP.
10 - Kyrie Irving. Might be higher, but, I haven't seen him play yet.
11- DeMarcus Cousins. Even with the character issues he's got the potential to be a franchise guy on a high level team.
12 - Deron Williams. Assuming an extention.
13 - Chris Bosh. A bit overshadowed in Miami, but, could still be a nice first option for a team.
14- John Wall. Hasn't really lived up to the hype, but, maybe a change of scenery would bring it out.
15 - Greg Monroe. A nice center prospect.
16 - Russell Westbrook. Nice scoring PG.
17- Kevin Love. Stats beast.
18- Carmello Anthony. Can score.
19- Paul George. Great potential.
20- Eric Gordon. Has looked good.
21- James Harden. Will he ever be a starter?
22- Stephen Curry. Injuries are scary though.
23- Derrick Favors. Got to put him on here as a Jazz fan.
24- Jonas Valenciunus. Got good hype.
25- Rajon Rondo. Nice long term contact.

seriously though, howard #1? u really think the magic can get more for howard than what the heat could get for lebron? OKC for durant?

trade value, so yeah, it does.

Would the Clippers give up more for Chris Paul if he had a 3 year contract?
