I still don't think Rose gets much in return, but there were rumors coming out of one of the pre-draft things in Italy that he held a little more value than most of the board seems to think.

The Jazz are a notoriously tight-lipped organization. We have to get our rumors from outside sources, so this is coming from other places.

I do not know where the rumor came from that San Antonio has been actively trying to get Utah's pick, but that rumor is out there.

Please allow us to give you Tony Parker for your pick, PLEASE?

Who do the Spurs want at 12?

Suns beat writer says Bender is most likely their guy if available, and the team isn't enthralled with Brown

I would give up Calderon, Early and KOQ for Rose. Knicks eat the rest of the salary. If I am the Knicks I add no picks nothing else.

Yea, Spurs are about due for another trade where they trade a mediocre PG for a late lotto pick and turn him into a superstar.

This one is kind of hilarious.

Random Suns fan is eating at a restaurant downtown when he sees Ryan McDonough and Marquese Chriss having lunch in the corner:

Early is a free agent though. Can't trade him.

If I'm the Bulls I wouldn't want KOQ.

Thats a big rumor if true. Given the sourcing it probably (definitely) belongs in here, but if you here more rumblings of it actually having legs and not just being ndadraft.com, post up a thread?

I still love Bledsoe to Sac for 8 (and change) as a trade, but ignoring the value debate, the word was always that Phoenix was more likely to go win now than rebuild. Is that direction possibly in flux?

Well just yesterday we had a poster come to our board with this:

Antoniov23 wrote:There's was a rumor circulating through the Suns organization the night before game 5 when Kyrie dropped 41 that there was a 3 team deal set up between the Suns, Knicks, and the Cavs. It shaped up like this...

Suns trade-

To the Knicks:

Alex Len, Brandon Knight, Suns 2016 first round pick (4), and the 2016 first round pick via Washington (13)

To Cleveland:

Eric Bledsoe

Knicks trade-

To Cleveland:

Carmelo Anthony, Robin Lopez

Cleveland trades-

To the Suns:

Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love

That would mean the lineups would look like this:

Suns:
Kyrie Irving
Devin Booker
T.J. Warren/ P.J. Tucker
Kevin Love
Tyson Chandler

Cavs:
Eric Bledsoe
J.R. Smith
Lebron James
Carmelo Anthony
Tristan Thompson/ Robin Lopez

Knicks:
Brandon Knight
Aaron Afflalo/ 13th pick
4th pick (Jaylen Brown in this instance)
Kristaps Porzingis
Alex Len/ 13th pick

Given this is all before Kyrie's 41 and the Cavs are still alive for a title, this trade works for all teams financially and what the teams want to do with their current rosters and was said to be pretty much agreed upon by all teams by someone in the Suns organization. So as long as the Cavs are still interested and Melo chooses to waive his no trade clause, this trade should go through sometime before the draft. Suns fans should be very excited.

Now i really have never seen this poster before and have no idea about his credibility, so take it with a grain of salt.

We have no idea. McD has always talked about doing a full rebuild or something similar to what Boston did to acquire the "Big 3" back in the day when he worked there. Our owner Sarver is more of a money motivated individual and has always been all about competing (hence years of #13 & #14 picks). Many seem to think that McD has got his hooks into Sarver and gained his trust enough that he is ok with a rebuild around young talented exciting players.

That is no rumor. That is one of the trades from an ESPN insider article titled "Five game-changing NBA draft trades we'd love to see" by Chad Ford.

The other four trades are:

Butler to Minn for 5, Lavine, Dieng and Pek;
Lakers send Russell and Randle to Boston for 3, 16, Jerebko, Hunter and Mickey
Philly sends Okafor to NOP for 6 and Ajinca
Hawks send Teague and Sefalosha to Kings for 8, Koufous and McLemore

I hope this is true as a Knicks fan because we all know LeBron wants to play with his Super Friends and would likely favor a team that could get Wade, Paul and 'Melo. If Phil leverages that right, then suddenly two things happen:

1. It means Carmelo would waive his NTC to the team that lands LeBron/Wade in free agency.

2. Suddenly the Knicks have a trade market for 'Melo because the team that gets him, gets him with LeBron/Wade in 2016 and Paul in 2017.

So it increases the overall likelihood of a 'Melo bidding war.. Maybe the Clippers become open to trading DeAndre Jordan and/or Blake Griffin to create cap space for LeBron/Wade and assets for 'Melo, maybe the Heat give up Dragic/Winslow for 'Melo if Riley is convinced it brings Paul in 2017 with LeBron this summer, maybe the Lakers give up their young assets to beat the Clippers out of a Super Team, etc.

It creates a lot of scenarios for the 'Melo trade market if LeBron makes it a package deal with himself, Wade, 'Melo and Paul.
Disclaimer: Trades I post shouldn't make you stressed or angry if you disagree. If you say it's unproductive because it won't happen and we're only allowed to post deals that actually happen, it takes away 99% of trades here and the fun out of the board.

Said it elsewhere, but I'm not a big believer in Ford as a trade rumor guy at all. So, into the generic noise dump thread to make of it what people will.

Chad Ford on Sportscenter today hinted the Lakers were trying to acquire a 2nd top 5 pick by trading D'Angelo Russell. Mentioned the whole locker room dynamic again.

I would think that if Bron wins and wants to leave to play with the banana boat crew, NY would be where they all go. Except Wade, who I don't believe leaves MIA no matter what.
