.) A-. I'm a little hesitant on resigning Len, but that contract is great value and quite tradeable, and he's potentially off the books in two years when the Suns will be ready to make a push for FA (Bledsoe, Chandler, and Dudley will free up much cap-space then as well) as well as offering a probable max contract to Booker.
.) B-. This is quite a hairy trade! Don't see much need for Aldrich and his remaining 2 years when we have Chandler (Asik), Williams, Okafor, and potentially Len. Also I would like to retain Dudley for sentimental reasons as a Suns fan. But another two first round draft are always a nice asset to have, even if there is already plenty of current and incoming young talent on this Suns team. And of course Asik for Knight is a good financial bonus, and that's decent return value for Bledsoe.
.) B-. Delledova's the type of player you'd love to have, but hate to play against. And Jabari's a great project, especially with the Suns training staff. Probably would rate this deal higher if the Suns didn't have both Chriss and Bender to develop at the PF position though.
.) C-. Some decent incoming talent, but I value Warren individually more than any of them.
.) D. lol, no point in a rebuilding Suns team trading Bender and two firsts for Kevin Love, even if he reverts to Minnesota form. This is the kind of deal you would make only if you know an incoming top 5 player is coming to your team and you need to clear Knight off the salary to make the signing possible. (maybe a C- if both of the picks are lottery protected)
.) D. Atleast it's not as bad as professionals suggesting Booker for Irving...but still, this is exactly the type of trade that suns need to avoid. Suns have all the leverage here; they don't lose if they decide to go full rebuild, but this is that type of trade that can be disastrous if Kyrie doesn't fit and/or doesn't resign. I don't the addition of Turner, Shumpert, Vonleh as fair compensation. Outside of Bledsoe, the Suns should at worst should only give up ONE of Warren/Bender/Chris/Ulis, a protected 1st, and filler players for Irving.
With that said, I don't think this is a good deal for the Cavs either atm, if their best interest is competing for a title right now. Bledsoe's knees could once again give out, and the young players may not live up to their hype. The Cavs best bet is trying to reconcile their relationship with Irving; even if he's unhappy there during the season I don't see that affecting their path to a fourth consecutive trip to the finals that much.
.) B-. May never amount to anything, but not too bad of a trade. Suns dump three players that aren't really part of the timeline all for 3 potential firsts, which can be used down the line to trade up high in the draft or for a disgruntled star.
.) C-. This is basically the same trade as above, but with less two 1sts and roughly equal trade value in incoming players.
.) C-. I wouldn't call those assets top tier: a 1st likely in the 10-15 range and Portis is nice, but Jackson has less value than Bledsoe. Tyson Chandler for a 1st is good too, although Leonard's contract somewhat negates that. The NO trade by itself is negative value as Dudley for Hill is a lateral move (Solomon's contract is 1 year longer AND he's not a favorite like Bledsoe) and IMO Warren is likely to be better than the incoming 1st that is probable to be in the 15-20 range.
