I'm a little biased as he is one of my favorite players and think he is almost the ideal player to build a roster around. Maybe its a bit of a hot take but with his team rolling so well, his age and locked into a fair contract, yeah it would be hard to see trading him for anyone. Davis and Embiid have some injury concerns, LeBron/Curry/Harden are up there in age and it would be hard to start a promising new team build with, so teams are going to hold back assets in order to compete now and keep them happy, Durant could walk (he should be in top 10 tho)

Jokic absolutely deserves to be in the top 10 as well, but between Simmons/Jokic I cant get over the $18 million difference as having a significant impact on value. Durant should also be on here but he is expiring..
