What am I missing with James Johnson that nobody else is voting for him? Do people think he'll turn it around? I might have him in my top 5 with Batum, Parsons, Wiggins and Dieng

Essentially most think that there are worse contracts around (obviously).
He is definitely on my list of the 15 worst contracts, but I think there are some other contracts not on the list that are worse for my understanding (for me it is Mills and Powell),

I also think that we have a choice to make between almost useless players who have massive contracts without real on-court value (Mozgov, Anderson,..), massive longterm contracts of declining/not-improving players (Wiggins, Wall, Paul, Love,...) and players with bad contracts that either are not that massive (Powell, Mills, Waiters,..) or at least a bit productive but massively overpaid(Turner, Dieng,...).
For me it is pretty difficult to compare players and their contracts who differ so much.

James Johnson probably fits that last category, because he seems like a decent player and is, like Miami, a bit flying under the radar. He and his contract do not stand out that much at first sight in Miami (Waiters, Tyler Johnsons contract seem worse).

Can't believe I missed Johnson earlier. One of my favorite players in the league for a long time but guy is absolutely cooked right now. Always had a an all-round skill-set that topped out at "good" but his athleticism and energy is failing him fast. Hard to see him even be a role-player by the end of his contract.

I feel like people are voting on him as if he had last year's production. His numbers this year are scary

Guys like Wiggins, Wall, and CP3 get paid alot, but they can also eat minutes. Guys getting almost 20 mill and getting dnp cd's are much worse.
