This is where I land. Maybe you negotiate for different picks, but I think Detroit actually pushes their rebuild further back by maxing out Cade in a year. And if he's still on the roster that's going to be the expectation. I'd cash out early instead.

Completely disagree. You push back the rebuild by dealing Cade. You’re dealing him for two low firsts and a young player without the ceiling of Cade. Bad trade and wrong direction.

The picks really don’t impress me here. Those all look like mid-low picks to me. I think I’d pass.

I don’t think you give up on Cade at this stage, at least not when we’re clearly just trading him for smaller pieces here.

I get why many aren’t high on Cade and think this is reasonable. But I’m not there yet.
