I wanted Detroit to get him. Pretty good sign for the Lakers. He is good.

This could be their BAE.

If it was the TPMLE, who are they signing at C for the minimum?

They have full MLE. Think they using BAE

BAE is $10.5m for 2

Lakers gave this as TaxMLE which suggests they thought DFS would resign with them.

Bobby Marks just reported that Lakers are hard capped. I like this move much less knowing that. But I'm guessing Claxton is a Laker. Would Ayton sign for minimum?

Like it way less. Ayton gave up 10 million so i assume he expecting that much.

Maybe maxi getting salary dumped.

He D is very solid. Smart took him under his wing here and he can be a plus defender for the Lakers. If his shooting keeps up this is a small steal imo.

Yeah I think "cope" is the word they're looking for here.

Don't trust Shams number, he turned DLo TPMLE of 11.5 to 13 in his tweet

Screw this guy. He talked a big game about wanting to come back to Sac…then takes the same money to be LeBron’s *****. Sac fans will have something for him when he comes to town.

The Lakers are going to win most of the time when the money is the same..... money is actually a tad more than Sac could offer btw. Cannot fault a guy who choices to go play with Luka on the biggest basketball stage in the NBA.

I can fault him and I do. So will a lot of diehard Kings fans. We’ll see him when he comes to town. He’ll take it and move on, but he’s going to get an earful.

Go to town. But seems like misplaced anger over a guy that played in 19 games for you guys. He is getting more money and likely more playing time with the Lakers.

He could have kept his mouth shut or played it straight up. Instead he went full love for Sac and wants to be back.

He’d get a way bigger role in Sac too. Anyhow…life goes on and we’ll see him when he comes through. And that will be that, everyone moves on.

Players almost always will say the same thing as LaRavia did, you don't close doors until you ready to walk through another one. LaRavia has a chance to start in LA. As of right now likely the Lakers 5th best player on their roster. Maybe he could have had a big role in Sac too, but his role was not huge last year and likely wouldn't have increased much until guys like DDR are moved off of.
