This makes me extremely nervous.

Feels like they couldnt get an extension with Eason and they might dump him.

This would break my heart.

(Or they about to flip Sengun for Giannis)

I love it for my boy Cap he's going back home and getting a nice bag while doing it. Great Hawk while he was here and much appreciated for the effort he gave for the team and city.

Sengun can handle most minutes. Capela and Adams can take it easy until the playoffs. Having them healthy and rested would be great. Might still only have one healthy by that point. This is a “belt and suspenders” move to make sure they can go big in playoffs. A must to go against OKC, Minnesota, Denver, Dallas, SA, etc.

You only really need one of capela or Adams in the playoff. Find a backup 4/5 smallball option if you need rather than double up in 2 center only guy.

The “no rebounds for you” lineup.
Adams, Jabari, KD, Sengun, Amen.
Can sub Eason or Capela in for anyone.

What are the odds both are healthy? Not great. But high odds one is healthy and rested.

poor distribution of salary though, especially when you might have a higher need of a steady backup ballhandler at the very least.

1) Why? Do they need Capela as a third center

2) How? Do they have infinite funds?

Perhaps this is non guaranteed, and just recreating the Landale contract.

That would make more sense.

I personally wouldn't mind Cam coming back to the hawks in a sign and trade deal for cap.

I’m sure, it would be a young prospect with high upside for free lol

Someone pointed out it’s also possible to have this tied into the Durant deal without us needing to send anything to the Hawks

Kind of funny if your shortest player out there is your Allstar center.

Someone about to get traded, omg, please not Eason.

Why is Eason the first name that came up in your mind?

1. Adams isn't playing 82 games

2. Cam and Landale trade is most likely to happen
