They don't have money to sign anyone else. Who was his last team? Would they do a S&T for Bona and Walker?

I think they could send one of their other bigs elsewhere in to an exception.

No team has his caphold.

I could see two PHI seconds to Memphis, Pippen Jr to Charlotte, and Charlotte choice of one of those two centers back to Philly, though.

We will just hang out then. Maybe there are some injuries around the league and somebody is desperate near the deadline.

Yeah we aren't trading useful, cheap guys for seconds. Seconds have also lost some value due to NIL.

It's the old they are more valuable to us than they are to you problem.

Would you take a 2033 1st with top 4 protections for Diabate?

Phi should just push in all their trade chips

Maxey, VJ, Brown, Bron, Embiid
Simons, Philon, KCP, Wade, Diabate
Barlow/Edwards, Bona/Hukporti

Would like a 2/3 with some more size than KCP, but a lot of guys that can legit play

Definitely would trade Diabate for a lightly to moderately protected first.

Kalkbrenner is Charlotte's C2 and there is no true C3. C1 is Diabate who is 6'9" and extremely limited against bigger C's.

I think if Kalk is going out in a trade, it would be in something bigger with a plan being in place to upgrade at C not just remove one.

Like if Cleveland wants to get out of the Jarrett Allen deal now that the ring chaser is settled, I could see Kalk going back as part of that (for example).

Steinbach, the kid CHA just drafted, is a C.

the bolded part, I wholeheartedly agree with... however I don't think Kalk is our real C2 next season with Naz and Hannes seemingly able to play some small ball C. Comfortably one of the game's best C3s and he will play some. I like to have options there anyway.

Think our PF/C rotation might be a mix and match all next season with some combo of Moose/Naz/Steinbach/Kalk at C and some combo of Naz/Steinbach/Royce/Grant Williams/Salaun (lol)

The idea of a playoff rotation on this team is making me laugh, but I think all the hypothetical frontcourt minutes are won by Moose, Naz, Steinbach, and Royce, the first three of whom you can mix and match any which way at the 4 and 5 and it doesn't really matter who is the C or PF.
