So you wouldn't trade Martin for Ellis and Biedrins?

Would you trade Butler for Ellis/Biedrins?

Martin is having an All-Star season. I doubt he'll be traded unless an All-Star type player comes back. Wright, while having alot of promise, has not shown that he is an All-Star player.

Why would the Kings trade a young, PROVEN star for a young...hopefully will turn into a star?

If, I had two 2/3 players,(Salmons and Artest) that are both very talenented and both could start, and a PF/C(Hawes) who would compliment Biedrins, than yeah, I think I would.

That trade wasn't offered.

He said players (meaning singular players one for one) not packages.

Doesn't sound like it to me, but to each his own, we may read it differently.

I read that we wouldn't trade Martin for anyone on the Warriors straight up (I'd personally do it for Baron Davis  ) but he never commented on players together.

yeah, but IMO

Biedrins for Martin straight up would be good for the Kings, but I know I'll get bashed for it.

Kings then follow up with a Kenny Thomas for Baron Davis trade.

Ya you will but not from me ( Warrior fans will bash it too from their perpective and they have their right to think that)

While the Kings do have players that are good behind Kevin Martin, they still aren't Kevin Martin.

O please, it is NOT that bad.

Biedrins is a defensive C, one that would compliment Hawes quite well.

Not to mention trading Martin would put you guys in the lottery for sure.

Getting a top 5 pick in this draft would do wonders IMO.

Lets say you guys draft Derrick Rose, or OJ Mayo

Rose/Mayo
Salmons
Artest(Some Kings fans said he could be a future part of your team)
Hawes
Biedrins

Looks REALLY good.

But hey, I dont expect Kings fans to like what I put, it was simply an observation.

Using your observation, maybe the Kings should take Biedrins and Baron Davis for KT and Bibby, then when your team gets a top 5 draft pick next year, you'll look really good!

We cant out suck the Wolves and the Heats to get the 1st pick (Rose)

BTW we played w/o Martin and we are still a respectable team...not terrible...You have to consider that we will still have Artest/Bibby/Miller and etc...to not be a lock at the lottery....

Anyways, it's TOO unrealistic to trade Martin....We signed his extension and he is our franchise player....Why trade the franchise player?

I'm sorry but what?

GSW would laugh at Biedrins and Davis for KT and Bibby

Biedrins for Martin is ALOT more fair.

Yeah, but once again, you are basically saying that the Kings should trade their YOUNG, PROVEN, FRANCHISE PLAYER so they can suck enough to get a top 5 pick.

Therefore, I propose that the Warriors can do the same thing.

Rose and Ellis. OMG WHAT A BACKCOURT! DO IT!

The difference?

SAC isn't stuck with a terrible contract, like in your trade.

GSW gets an upgrade, albeit at a different position, unlike your trade, where GSW downgrades for no good reason at all,(except said top 5 pick)

However in my deal, Sacremento gets an upgrade,(or eventual upgrade)
AND the chance at a top 5 pick.

Your logic here is faulty at best.

I wasn't expecting SAC fans to be happy about it, but if you don't have a legitimate point, spare me with your sarcastic post.

Does Beans merit the value of a young rising star, Kevin Martin? Beans is good but not Martin good IMO....
