If Houston trades down, the trade won't be announced until the other team(s) do their part in the draft.

That's how I had them ranked so I think they made the right call, but given all the smoke I'm a little surprised. Still Paolo is the only guy in the projected top 5 I'd feel comfortable projecting as a true offensive hub, 3 level scorer kind of guy.

Are we sure Orlando and Houston aren't trading partners? If Houston really wanted Banchero but thought OKC would take him, maybe they moved up and ORL still gets Smith?

I wouldn't be surprised if this draft wound up like '15 where the best player ends up coming out of the mid-1st. Who that player is I have no idea though.

It's definitely possible, but my guess is we'd have already heard about it.
