we're up to 27 people being nominated, and evans still hasn't really come close to being nominated til now.

and again, he was never even voted on in the first place, i put him on myself trying to be fair, but now its obvious that taking him off was the right move since he would have been filing up an undeserved nomination spot this entire time.
