Anyone who wants to predict the Lotto results tomorrow night should do so here. Here's the template:

Now you may think Dallas has never moved up in the draft in their 40 year history. And that they have terrible odds. But the lady we hired to clean up behind Pants DJ and My Name is Earl is representing us in the lottery and the Dallas paper ran a big story about how God is ordaining it or something absurd.

Sounds about right with the Knicks dropping to #5, losing out on Zion, and our future firsts from DAL guaranteed to be late due to the next dynasty forming in Texas. Unless Ewing can break the curse.

I can't decide if Dallas getting #4 would be good or bad for the Knicks. If Dallas keeps their pick this draft, 2020 goes to Atlanta and the pick to NYK is pushed back to 2022 which is looking like the age-lowering "double" draft. On the other hand, #4 could maybe be used to get a player (via trade or draft) who makes those future picks worse.

Don't really have a specific order, just some gut feelings.

1.) New York is picking in that 2-4 range. They won't get the top pick.
2.) Someone in that 4-8 range ends up winning the top pick.
3.) Someone in that 8-12 range moves into the top 4.

Shouldn’t they look to move Sexton instead? Morant looks like he is the real deal and has a much higher ceiling (my opinion). I guess I have to ask how much Sexton would even get them. Maybe they would be forced to move the pick just because Sexton wouldn’t get nearly as much.
