I think I like it more for the Wizards because the objective is clearer, add Vets, clear money. However, Pelicans added 2 more rotation pieces- Saddiq Bey is probably a bit under talked about in this deal as well coming back from missing last year with an injury and gives them another fringe starter on the wing.

Just listened to the Wizards locked on podcast. They really though they could get 2 1sts for Poole after the Bane trade and shocked they didn't get at least one. I don't think a lot of Wizard fans viewed Poole as a bad contract anymore.
