Redd fits with the raptors as a shooting team. We can give you Rasho whos expiring, AP to fill in the shooting + fillers.

(yea right)

But damn.

TJ/Calderon
Redd/ Delfino
Kapono/ Moon
Bosh/ Garbo
Bargnani/ Hump.

Lakers could offer

Kwame ( expiring)

Sasha (expiring)

And a choice between Farmar and Javaris Crittenton with a 1# pick in 2008 thrown in

Basically you would get Cap Space and a future PG on his rookie contract

I think Crittenton and Mo Williams would have a lot of potential. Plus you get Cap Spae

What about this for Houston?

Bonzi + Battier + Brooks + Jason Williams + 1 first rounder (Houston) to Milwaukee

Mike james to Miami for Jason williams

Michael Redd to Houston

If this doesnt work is there any way we can get it to work? Like accept a bad contract like Bell

Expiring in Williams + Bonzi
Battier is a good veteran and he will bring defense and heart to the team.

Ron ron on how commited he is to the team.

That is really intriguing. I would really have to think about that one. I got a Redd trade to work. It probably won't be popular on here, especially amongst Kings fans, but hey, I got one to work so I'll share it.

Successful Trade Scenario
Congratulations on a successful trade.

Due to Milwaukee and Sacramento being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Milwaukee and Sacramento had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Not the most appealing but Abdur Rahim's and Thomas' contracts end the same year and Salmons and Martin are two very good young players. I doubt Sacramento does this though, unless they think they can win with this new team.

New Lineups:
Pg Mo/Ivey/Sessions
Sg Martin/Bell/Mason/Dahntay Jones
Sf Salmons/Simmons/Mason/Storey
Pf Yi/Kenny Thomas/Abdur-Rahim
C Bogut/Voskuhl/Thomas

We become younger and a little deeper. I think this makes us better in the future too.

Sacramento:
Pg. Bibby
Sg. Redd
Sf. Artest
Pf. Villanueva
C. Brad Miller

That's a pretty good team right there.

How about the Clipps? We can offer basically anyone besides Kaman (although you probably wouldn't want him with the way Bogut has been playing) and Brand.

Maggette, Tim Thomas, Q-Ross, and a 1st rounder (protected?) for Redd?

Yeah, I thought you would. I just got a trade to work so I thought I'd share it. Now looking, Kevin Martin has the same stats as Redd and is younger and cheaper. Hahahah wow we're screwed.

The Bucks are not desperate to unload Redd.....many players who can't score won't work. Redd is a 20+ PPG guy....someone with ability near that would have to come back.....perhaps a Mike Miller type as a starting point.

I would think Memphis would be a good trade partner. Maybe a Miller/Lowry based deal. I'm sure they'd be willing to send Might Mouse if Milwaukee wanted.

I was toying with something similar...but take Francis and James out, replace them with Wells and Snyder (expirings, and wingmen who won't see much time with Redd there anyway). I don't know that that's enough for Milwaukee, but it's closer (and works under the CBA).

So:

Redd for Battier, Head, pick, expirings?

Yeah that works, and itd be nice to have him, if the Bucks want a prospect we can throw in Landry too.

I haven't seen one respectable offer on this board except the Kings trade proposed and I doubt the Kings do that.

The deal needs to be based around at least one young player, ideally a SG or SF, a pick, and/or some sort of expiring deal.

Bucks will surely be looking to unload at least one crappy contract (Simmons or Gadz) along with Redd.

Also, we're not in panace mode. It's not a firesale. We're not dumping Redd and he's not demanding a trade or becoming a cancer.

I have trade ideas I like, but I want to get what his perceived value is before I put up anything.
