Well I think because Suns probably want Poeltl, it's going to be an easy RJ+Poeltl trade for Durant in the end.

Nah Ingram/Barrett/9 is the most obvious package from toronto.

Suns have been wanting a starting C though. Poeltl needs to be in package I think. Would you prefer to move Ingram or RJ?

Or are you expecting pick 9 to be the starting C?

KD going to Toronto would be such a boring way to end his career.

RJ/Beal/Booker/Ingram wins 28 games and pays hundreds of millions in luxury tax the next two years.

I assumed that they would keep Ingram as they just signed him to an extension. Ingram-Durant is just... Such an awful fit.

The city.

The weak conference.

They might be more willing to extend him at his number?

I'm speculating on all of that, but those all feel like potential reasons.

I think KD primarily wants to win at this stage but maybe I'm wrong

Maybe Raptors are trying to get Giannis and Durant together?

East is weak. i think he would have a easier time in playoffs in Toronto than in Houston tbh

The weak confernce concept is antiquated. How many ECFs did Durant play in when he was in Brooklyn? How many ECFs has Giannis played in?

Is it antiquated? I mean the conference is weaker. I don't see how that is in dispute. And if Giannis goes West its even weaker.

This isn't some go West boo East knock, its just the current reality. Not any kind of attack I promise. I don't a conference rooting interest lol.

Combined for 1, right? Cleveland has been to none post Lebron, but they probably think they can. :D

Jrue to Dallas version 1,532"

Klay/28 to Atlanta for fake 2nd
PJ Washington/Powell(probably Boston uses cash/2nd to move him too) to Boston
Jrue/32 to Dallas

Hawks get a bench shooter who fits in under the tax and picks up a late 1st for taking on the money for Boston.
Celtics save a ton of money and get a stopgap forward whose contract expires so they can let him go if they can't afford him.
Dallas gets a player they are rumored to want and pick up a good 2nd.

Feels like Dallas is owed more value here, but accounting for my fandom skewing things maybe not?

Whoa whoa whoa. I make no claims on this being better mate. :D

And I don't know what's actually possible, so floating out different options. Not making claims for best.

Toronto is heaven compared to PHX imo. There could be reasons.

I think it’s illegal as Boston takes back more Salary than is going out.
Relatively reasonable idea though.

I'm the first round perhaps, after that they've got no shot. I tried to avoid being mean but that Toronto roster Masai put together is not good
