Which one is the best? Which would OKC have interest in? Which have I misjudged?

Hawes and Lamb or Ariza and Brewer make some sense from the OKC side. Ariza and Brewer is particularly interesting based on the Donovan connection.

I actually like the idea of Hawes and Lamb a lot.

With Durant's departure OKC will depend on Kanter's offense a lot more than before. I don't they have much leverage roster-wise to be able to dump him for Ariza and Brewer at this point.

Well, if you flesh it out just a little giving them any sort of replacement for Lamb, you might have a trade worth posting.

I feel like Charlotte could make a separate trade involving Cody Zeller for the best possible Lamb replacement and increase Kaminsky's role.
Disclaimer: Trades I post shouldn't make you stressed or angry if you disagree. If you say it's unproductive because it won't happen and we're only allowed to post deals that actually happen, it takes away 99% of trades here and the fun out of the board.

Zeller gets a bit underrated—I think he's probably their best center.

By saying "replacement" for Lamb, I meant a similar player of more value since Zeller is a superior talent to Lamb.

Yeah hands down. He permanently moved from 4 to 5 after Jefferson became "unavailable" last December. Made a world of difference for Zeller.

Reke is injured and it's an open question whether he returns this year.

This one is interesting.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

I'm just trying to think of a trade-able player that plays guard.

McLemore, Snell, Lou Will spring to mind immediately as guy who are probably moveable.

Maybe Hibbert for Snell?

If anything CHA could use a cheap SF/PF combo. Unrelated (or is it?) CHA selected Huestis in the D-League supplemental draft.

Or maybe set it up in a way where the Kings are the fourth team, not the 76ers and they send Rudy Gay to OKC in a deal where they get Ramon Sessions and others back.

Safe to assume Kanter holds very little value on RealGM?

Not a ton. He has some level of value but only to very specific teams, which is the problem with offense-first centers. And he's very well paid.

I have had dreams of him in SVG's scheme. But honestly, I could be wrong upon further review.
