A little late, since he's already on Washington's roster.

New Orleans sends:
Carlos Arroyo $4,000,000
DJ Strawberry $427,163
Mario West $427,163
NO 2008 First round pick
NO 2009 First round pick
Memphis sends:
Shane Battier $5,883,600
Salaries Work:
NO Outgoing = $4,854,326 * 1.25 + 100,000 = $6,167,907 which is less than Shane Battier's salary
NO Hornets accept and are excited about the prospect of seeing him in action.
Memphis accepts

Sorry but I am going to have to veto the Sac-Town/Cleveland deal. Cleveland's GM is new to the game but the Sac-town GM has been around long enough to know this league uses the real roster limit rules. A team can never have less than 12 or more than 15 players on its roster. Period.
This is sac-town's depth chart
They have 13 players. In this trade they are dealing away 2 but adding 5. 13-2+5=16. They are over the limit.
I don't know Cleveland's exact roster but they are trading away 5 guys and bringing in 2. So I hope they had the max of 15 players b4 the trade because otherwise they would clearly not have enough players on the team to make this trade according to our rules.
This is sac-town's depth chart
Point Guard-Jamaal Tinsley/Beno Udrih/Quincy Douby
Shooting Guard-Kevin Martin/Ben Gordon/
Small Forward-Shareef Abdur-Rahim/fransico Garcia/Joey Graham
Power Forward-Nene/Mikki Moore/Kenny Thomas/
Center-Jermaine O'neil/Justin Williams

And you have been around long enough to know that we e-mail our vetos to bryant08, right?

1. If it isn't official it should not have been posted and accepted.
2. As mascot said, at no point should you be under or over the roster limits so it does not matter what is coming afterwards.
