Cavs give: Love
Cavs get: Hayward and Ryan Anderson

Jazz give: Hayward/Kanter
Jazz get: Love

Pelicans give: Ryan Anderson
Pelicans get: Kanter

Irving/Delly
Hayward/Smith/Shumpert
LeBron/(Hayward)
RAnderson/Marion
Mozgov/Thompson/Haywood

Then trade Haywood/Shumpert for Larry Sanders or JaVale McGee this summer:

Irving/Delly
Hayward/Smith
LeBron/(Hayward)
RAnderson/Thompson
Mozgov/Varejao/[Sanders or McGee]

Why would Jazz do that?

I like either IT, Plumlee for Kanter and Hood. With maybe PHX throwing in a 1st.

Or Vasquez, T. Ross, and T. Hans for Kanter, Burke, J. Evans

My guess is he gets paid less now than he would have before.

I'd think Kanter/Burke to OKC for Jackson/Lamb would work assuming the Thunder are ready to move on from Reggie like it seems.

Third team could get involved if Jackson isn't desired by Jazz.

I really like this offer as a jazz fan. Jackson is a great fit for us at pg and I think Lamb will blossom the second he gets away from Scott Brooks.

If the wolves would do this deal then I would jump on it in a second if I were the jazz. I'm a really big Lavine fan and I think Bennett would be a nice fit at the 4 spot with Gobert and Favors.

Ya as I posted above I think the idea is definitely there for both squads. I think OKC would want to get Burke back in the deal too thought to replace Jackson as the backup PG. And with Utah then having Reggie and Exum,.. Burke would probably be the odd man out anyway.

It's tricky, I get the feeling Uta is at the top of the list of teams who'd see a Bennett or Meyers and say we want one of these guys, we'll develop them for a few years then at 25 they'll be Patterson or Phoenix Channing Frye type of secretly valuable big, and in the mean time we don't have to pay 12 million a year for them like we would for Kanter. But so long as it feels like 1/3 of the league are in 2004 GMing mode, Kanter's trade value should still be a lot higher than being traded for just a Bennett or Meyers type of project. I think we can all see the chances of Kanter putting up 18/10 if he gets traded to a bad team are more than reasonable and someone should still bite on that unless there's a lot of stories about Kanter's attitude we don't know

For me it is mostly about Lavine who I think could turn into a star. Bennett is just a nice bonus.

I think Zeller is going to be a really good player in a few seasons so I would strongly consider Kanter for Zeller.

As a jazz fan that is a definite no. Switch Vasquez and Hans with Patterson and Caboclo and have the jazz throw in next years warriors 1st and you have a deal that I would do. It might be a little too steep of a price for the raptors though because they are obviously really high on Caboclo.

That proposed trade would obviously never happen as ross stock has plummeted greatly this year.

Raps gm wouldn't trade caboclo for anything but a superstar. Not that I agree with him, but that's how high he values the kid. Patterson is also a no go because of the rarity of what he provides to the team. I think the jazz brass would be lucky to get back alot of value for a one way big man that's demanding his way out of town.

The best trade I see for Utah is with okc for Jackson and possibly lamb. ibaka and kanter seem like a great papairing. Having a low post threat would certainly make them a better team. Jackson is a good fit in Utah if They feel he and exum can play together and perhaps lamb could be a decent six man down the road as well for them.

No way the Wolves would include Lavine in a trade for Kanter. There is a pretty good chance Kanter is going become moderately overpaid next off-season, especially for a guy who would be a backup for the Wolves. If Utah wanted to do Bennett and a 2nd for Kanter I'd make the trade, but I'm guessing the Jazz are hoping for a better return.

The Wolves are really high on Lavine, so I don't see any chance he gets moved in a trade for Kanter.
