Kessler, imo, could potentially lead the league in blocks, rebounds, offensive rebounds and also shoot 40% from 3...not guaranteed by any means but this is a phenomenal upside bet by LAL...suddenly their core is young and doubt Luka's ability to make everyone look good at your peril. ...and Carr may be the steal of the draft...I wanted ORL to throw Suggs + out there for him...he and Luka will make beautiful highlight music together.

I must be missing something here because this seems insane for a guy who's a career 26% 3pt shooter on 0.3 attempts per game

Kessler is much better than Robinson. Mitch played under 20 mpg the last two seasons. Kessler is probably going to be a 30-35 minute guy. Ayton played 27mpg last year for Lakers and might not be on a roster this year.

Look at his career stats He played 30 mpg for 5 games last season and 30 mpg the season before where he missed 24 games, his career average is about 25 mpg. you might get 5 or 6 mintues per game more then robinson but he aint playing 34 or 35 mpg he doesnt have the stamina/durability. When he was getting injured a bit less he was averaging under 24 mpg.

Him playing in LA is a massive boost to his future earnings than playing in Utah, let alone the endorsement money is probably massively better off the court.

Yeah I would say his last two years are more indicative than his rookie year. Also, Utah was actively tanking games so his minutes were always a bit lower playing in a bunch of uncompetitive games. Lakers are going heavily lean on him this year- they have to.
There is no world where he is playing less minutes this year than Ayton played last year.
