I don't see how you can separate the two. His reputation is the guy who breaks almost every big story and the way he is able to do that is by helping GMs and agents.

how it would help his job to lie about the Harden/Simmons situation?

I won't guess at the dynamics for this specific situation just commenting that Woj's well-known MO is that he will put out there whatever a team or agent wants as long as they give him the scoop when something is going down.

Sure we know that's how it works but been a week that Woj is saying that teams aren't negotiating while Shams was the first to break the Harden/Simmons trade possibility...not a big win if he breaks the news tomorrow after repeating that Harden was likely staying.

Well with Beal out for the season I really doubt it, especially since it'll be hard to match salaryMoneyTalks41890 wrote:K_chile22 wrote:I'm seeing lotto then unprotectedMoneyTalks41890 wrote:Depending on how the pick is protected in 2025, that is great for OKC. Yea, I'm a fan of this. But frees two picks for Miami as well. Wonder who for? Do they send Herro+picks for Beal? It's a bad idea, but I'm still thinking about it.
