Sixers/Clippers/Pistons Revisited

Post#1 » by N.O.R.E. » Fri Jun 18, 2010 2:27 am

Sixers Trade: Iggy, J. Smith
Receive: #7, Prince

#7 - Monroe/Hawes
Brand/Speights/Noc
Prince/Thad/Noc
Turner/W.Green
Jrue/L.Will

The Sixers get a 2nd high lotto pick and a decent stop-gap player for Iggy.

Clippers Trade: Kaman
Receive: Iggy

Amare (signed)/DeAndre
B.Griffin/C.Smith
Iggy/#8 - Aminou
E.Gordon/R.Butler
B.Davis/S.Blake?

The Clippers make room for Amare while getting Iggy who would be a perfect fit.

Pistons Trade: #7, Prince
Receive: Kaman, J. Smith

Kaman/B.Wallace/J.Smith
Maxiell/CV/Wilcox
Jerebko/Daye
BG/Rip
Stuckey/W.Bynum

The Pistons land an all-star C who is of a similar age to Ben Gordn. Jason Smith could be a decent 3rd string C.

No thank you from Detroit.
That's overpaying for Kaman and Smith doesn't cover the difference.

Detroit won't do this - especially if Monroe is there at #7 as you suggest.
