For Dallas, Jason Terry is available.

What about your team?

Now that the Blazers officially have Matthews, I suppose you might be able to put Rudy Fernandez in that pool.

Assuming of course that the Blazers don't have a big trade lined up with him included as incentive.

It would be stunning if anyone gave a TPE for Kapono,Green or Brand.

Didn't say it would happen, but they sure are available. I do think Willie is better than most of the guards available now though. He's a solid 15 minute guy, we just had to play him at starting SG for a few years...

That's the price tag that has been thrown around for Ramon Sessions.

From Blazers:

Rudy F, though at just over a mil why bother.

Pryzbilla I think would be an interesting thought if a team wants to bet on his coming back this year and being effective - it's a cheap bet as 80% of his salary is covered by med insurance and he's an expiring

Andre Miller: Only if Blazers have a trade for Tony Parker or CP3 and that TPE could be used in that trade.

Pacers - probably any of our expirers - foster, ford, murphy, dunleavy. saving that money instantly and getting a pick would be good, make our team worse in the short run, more minutes for our young guys and a higher 2011 pick.

Dallas would definitely be interested in Rudy Fernandez....

SAS would be happy to S&T Jefferson for that.

Kostas Koufos probably belongs in this dollar store as well.

Morris Peterson (Thunder acquired Cook already)
Kosta Koufous (Will get no time in Minnesota with Milcic/Hollins/Kerovic)
Rudy Fernandez (Will get no time in Portland with Matthews)
Julian Wright (New Orleans drafted Pondexter, savings to provide $3 million offer to backup C)
Jeff Foster (Indiana might want to give Hansborough more time)
Brandon Bass (Magic can fill his role with veteran minimum player and save $ given luxury tax)
Tayshaun Prince (Would do it if someone willing to give up 1st pick with TPE)
Shane Battier (Free up money for Rockets to re-sign Scola and match offer to Lowry)

Portland has a really bad SG log-jam right now. Bayless plays PG, but he's really closer to a 2 guard, so with that, here's what the Blazers have at SG....

Roy/Rudy/Bayless/Matthews/Williams

Williams is a rookie, so he doesn't need many minutes. Roy isn't going anywhere and the team JUST signed Matthews, so he's not going anywhere either. That leaves either Rudy or Bayless. Bayless, while not a true PG, can play backup PG minutes, so his versatility saves him. That basically leaves Rudy as the odd man out. Portland will have to make SOME sort of trade.

You don't trade him for just a TPE. You have to get a decent pick back.

I don't know if too many teams that have massive TPE's are too interested in acquiring older players. If I am Toronto I would see if I could get Rudy Fernandez. Julian Wright or Kosta Koufous.

Battier and Prince are solid role players but a tad bit too old for my liking since we are a rebuilding team and have little to no use for them. I could see Pheonix making a play for Battier as a possible backup SG and he could be groomed in as Grant Hill's replacement.
