Pacers can't really take on a player for just a TPE and a pick as that would give them 17 players. we really must trade two players and get one back.

With all the scrubs mentioned, I think they'd be better off just starting Hansborough.

Interesting, but Beasley is $4,962,240 and TPE's must be within 100% + $100,000.

Plus, I think with Beasley's troubled history, IND would avoid him. MIN needs upside players, and might not give him up either, even for the profit. Interesting thought though.

Kevin Love would be a perfect fit though, but I just don't think IND can generate enough value for MIN to trade him.

Really? As a Pacers fan I see Kevin Love as one of the worst options to play next to Roy Hibbert in the league. And no, we're not going to acquire Kevin Love just to move Roy Hibbert.

Not to say Love isn't a VERY nice young player. He certainly is. He's just not a fit in Indy. We need a quicker, stronger, forceful PF next to Hibbert.

I don't know what's more ridiculous: that you're surprised to find that Love isn't available for a mid-1st or that you think the Pacers will have a better record than between 9 and 19 other NBA teams next year.

Well 10-20 range is the difference between just barely making it into the playoffs vs. making it out of the first round, so yeah.

I don't see the kings trading Landry. I think we resign him and let dalembert go. It will still be a while before we get meaningful production from whiteside. Kings got whiteside locked into a 4 year deal at less than a mil per, that gives us ^^the ability to resign Landry without tying up our finances.

Kings likely look like this next summer
Landry/Thompson
Cousins/whiteside

Well, let's see.

Young to fit with IND's youth? Love is 21.

PF so 2010-11 minutes aren't wasted? Yep.

White? I don't know if that's a stereo-type for IND or not, but that fits.

Lottery Youth? Love was the #5 pick .. better than anything IND has.

Team USA? Well, at least he fits with Granger, right?
