Crash/Kaman/Mayo/Blatche -- CHA/LAC/MEM/DC

Bobs trade: Wallace, Henderson, Nazr
Bobs get: Kaman, Mayo, Tony Allen

Bobs shorten their financial commitment, get a strong starting C, and a dynamic young scoring guard

Clips trade: Kaman, Aminu
Clips get: Wallace, Yi

Clips get a huge upgrade at SF who will be a great fit with their core. They roll with Baron/Gordon/Crash/Griffin/Jordan as one of the up and coming teams in the West.

Grizz trade: Mayo, Allen
Grizz gets: Blatche, Henderson

Grizz get a talented young 4-man locked in to a reasonable deal and Henderson's rookie deal runs a year longer than Mayo, thereby freeing up some short term money to keep Gasol and perhaps Randolph (though having Blatche gives them options/leverage).

Wiz trade: Blatche, Yi
Wiz get: Aminu, Nazr

Wiz separate Blatche and Mcgee and get an expiring deal and a promising young "3 and D" prospect at the SF position. Aminu is still quite green, but so are Wall and McGee; they grow together. This probably adds some lotto balls this year as well, which isn't the worst thing for the Wiz.

Flame away.

not bad. I'd rather keep Aminu and throw a pick in instead.

I can´t see Grizzlies FO trading for a PF before Z-Bo´s situation is decided

This trade would decide the Z-Bo situation for them, Blatche earns less than half of what he earns.
Would allow them plenty of cash to sign Gasol.

Kaman is a bit of a risk for us, which would make me wary. Hendo is just starting to show some value.

Instead of Kaman, give me Zach Randolph and I'll be an ecstatic man.

I don't really want to trade either Gerald, but honestly if we do this trade is likely as good as it gets.

It shouldn't really affect Randolph's situation. Blatche makes just $800K more than Mayo next year, so the money is about the same. With Zach and Gasol averaging 36 and 33 mins a game, there's easily 25 mins a night for Blatche, who is a heck of a third big. And if for some reason Zach were to walk (unreasonable contract demands, wants to chase a ring, whatever), Blatche is a huge insurance policy who is a great fit with Marc.

The risk in the deal is turning over the 2-spot to Xavier and Henderson. But they're both cheap and talented and should get better as time passes.

not sure for the clips. wallace is def. worth more than kaman, but throwing in aminu may be a little overkill. i'd have to consider it though just cause it keeps the organizations momentum moving forward.

It should also be noted that this saves the Clips some $9M in salary over the next two seasons.

Perhaps this ability to take on some more money in the short term will allow them to move Baron Davis.... clearing the way in free agency for Paul or Deron Williams in two years. Long shot? Sure, it's the Clippers. But I imagine the short term talent upgrade and the savings makes it very appealing.
