Dwight Howard - Simply put the guy is a beast a great offensive talent and a monster on the defensive one as well.
Nominate - Josh Smith, reason I went with him is he is a beast on the defensive side of things and is still very young and you can easily build around him.

Might be a homer pick here, but Blake is doing so well and still has 2 more years left on his rookie contract. Dwight, Deron, and others might be more established and be superior at the moment, but the rookie contract is what gave Blake the nod for me.
