i'm the one that put him on the list in the first place outta my own bias anyway, nothing's stopping anyone from voting him back on the list.

He never should have been taken off the list.

I'm not saying that he should have been voted in right away, but he deserved to be on the list, and by taking him off, you lost credibility

when the trade board thinks he deserves to be on, he'll be voted on.

that seems pretty fair i think.
