The potential is still too high
Nominate Dwyane Wade
Wade is probably due to get nominated for a player who may still be top 5 in the league. Yes because of his contract not everyone would trade for him, but the ones confident in keeping him would offer a lot.

Yeah I'm voting Kyrie here. Too much potential, too much current production even if the impact isn't there yet, too young, huge marketing draw, you have him locked up for basically the next 6 to 7 years.

I vote Lillard. The Blazers have the third best record in the league and they still have one of the worst benches. Batum, Wes, and Robin have been big, but Lillard is the reason this team is looking "legit".
