Seems about right to me. The big questions, as mentioned elsewhere, are what Hayward demands and what Utah thinks he's worth. I suspect we end up keeping him at a slight overpay, but we shall see.

Well, Hayward turned down 10mil per didn't he? He gets more than that and it's more than a slight overpay IMHO.

I wonder if his value is down though, maybe he'll regret not taking that 10mil. Hard to project.

Perhaps Utah can sign and trade Hayward (5 years, $60 million) for future assets and then further future assets from Bulls by taking on Dunleavy to replace him short term.
