One game will be cancelled entirely (similar to how the Pacers game against Boston was cancelled after the boston marathon bombings) and will not be rescheduled, so it's pro-rated, since technically they'll go 36-45. The .5 represents the missing game.

Basically over on smaller markets and the team that lost Love, under on big markets and the team that got Lebron and Love...

Only 4 teams in the WC with 50+ wins looks wrong. I would guess there will be 7-8 50ish win teams again, so I like the over on the Mavs, Rockets, Grizzlies and Portland.

I was expecting that I would like the under on Phoenix before i saw the lines, but now I'm not so sure anymore.
