Terrence Ross to Memphis?

What if the grizzlies tried to pursue Terrance Ross?
Trade Koufus, Calathes, Allen for Ross, Nogueira, Chuck Hayes' 5.5m contract, then grizzlies pick up one of the following: Jordan Crawford/Andray Blatche/Ray Allen from the waiver wire.
Grizzlies:
Pros:
Get rid of Koufus expiring contract for a longer and cheaper contract in Noguiera who the grizzlies can develop over time and if they sign Andray Blatche, they could be in little or no hurry to need him. Get a good up coming talent in Ross that grinds it out to the basket and can also spread the floor with his decent mid range and long range shots, he is a natural SF at 6' 7" the dude has highlight reel dunking ability and that is the one thing I miss in Grizz ball since the trade of Gay ( and yes I think this guy will be as good if not better than gay in the long term, you can disagree) also he has not just this year but also next year on his contract at only 2.3m which is great for his set of skills and we should have the money in a couple years to sign him for more, more so than we do now. Jordan Crawford/Ray Allen is also a great guy to space the floor if they also pick him up, also with having chuck hayes what this does is gives us large amount of contracts coming off the books with both Prince's 7.7m and add in another 5.5m and we have a lot of open cap going into next offseason, and some roster spots we can fill = good combo
Cons:
We lose a veteran Allen who has become one of the faces of this franchise's Grit and Grind mentality, and I have gained a deep respect for what he brings to this team, but he is not starting SF material and the direction the team is looking to move into, he might not be good come the long term. There is no con to trading Calathes. Also being contract heavy this season and trading away key pieces could stop another western conf finals showing before it even appears, but it could also facilitate another one or better in the future. Koufus is a solid Center and could even start for a couple teams, but he is a great back-up center and good on both sides of the ball not just defense or offense so losing him is going to hurt.
Raptors:
Pros:
They get a solid perimeter defender in allen and can move Derozan to play a 3 if they want to, as well they get Calathes who is a solid backup guard option (even though they do have Vasquez and williams). Raptors strengthen their defense. They get Koufus who is a solid back-up center and could probably start if they want to play Valanciunus at PF, which would make this the tallest and most physically dominant Back-courts in the leauge. This also gives Koufus more minutes which I think he deserves, even if he is coming off the bench he will get more minutes than in memphis. Even though koufus is 25 I think he could develop especially if given starter minutes.
Cons:
Allen is old. They lose an up and coming player in Ross. Raptors have to take on Allen's long term contract. Koufus' contract is up this year, but if they sign him early in the season he might sign for a decent amount (between 4-7m a year for 3 years)
