LAL: Send Young & Lin
MIA: Send Birdman, Deng, Cole, and Hamilton

MIA: Receives Jackson, Perkins, Lamb, & Young
No draft picks exchanged.
No roster number changes.
Trade works with salaries:

Note that Deng has a trade kicker of 15%.
Contracts:
Lamb has 2 years of contract left (including this year). Some Thunder fans believe he doesn't play defense at all.
Jackson is in his last year. Some Thunder fans believe he is not a point guard because he plays by himself.
Perkins is in his last year.
Young has 4 years remaining (including this year). Nick Young has been called (on RealGM) the dumbest player in the NBA.
Lin is in his last year. Another player that doesn't defend but the Thunder can hide it. Lin can make an assist through a black hole.
Birdman has 2 years of contract left (including this year). 37 year old body with a 25 year old man inside.
Deng has a player option for next year. Best defender the Heat have. Needs the team to create for him to shine.
Cole is in his last year. Finally.
Hamilton is a center with a jump shot who doesn't get enough rebounds.
Jeremy Lamb (rfa) 2016-7
Reggie Jackson (rfa) 2015-6
Kendrick Perkins (ufa) 2015-6
Nick Young (player option 2017-8, ufa 2018-9)
Jeremy Lin (ufa 2015-6)
Chris Andersen (ufa 2016-7)
Luol Deng (player option 2015-6, ufa 2016-7)
Norris Cole (rfa 2015-6)
Justin Hamilton (rfa 2015-6)
Why for OKC:
Trades Jackson for Lin which is a decent exchange. Trades Perkins expiring & Lamb for Birdman & Hamilton which is a plus especially in the playoffs. A lot of problems are solved. Birdman and Lin are good pieces to have in the playoffs and Jackson was going to be an off-season problem. Basically it improves the bench.
Why for Lakers:
Lakers are not interested in winning, but bring Luol Deng over sets them up for a good year next year. It also gets them out of the Nick Young contract. Jeremy Lin doesn't help the Lakers achieve their goal this year either and he is in his last year. Cole is a decent point guard for them.
Why for Miami:
Jackson is an upgrade over Cole, Young is a steep downgrade from Deng but at least he can shoot, Lamb is a young shooting guard that can back up Wade and can play with Napier (uconn connection). Perkins is an expiring contract. If Jackson works out, we can use some of that money to resign him. Reality is we probably won't be able to keep Deng in the off-season anyhow and we can use our DPE to sign someone to replace Birdman who will be greatly missed but a PG is a bigger problem.
