Me too, but unfortunately I think we are both going to be disappointed. I don't know if the details will ever come out. I've asked around on Twitter and most of the Cap guys don't think we'll ever see the details released. I think we all hope that is wrong. I guess we'll see!

I don't see how the details don't come out. It needs to get approved by the players union and the league.
