Whiteside likely gets a 4 year max---I'd be leery of that, but I bet he does.
Jefferson likely takes a 1 year deal for around $10M from a team left with cap space when the better options are picked over
Noah likely takes a 1 year deal for around the same. He might have to give a team an option year to get 8 figures at this point.
Ezeli -- he's restricted so a team will have to go big if they want him. So I'd say he either gets offered like 4/$60M or he signs no offer sheet and returns to GSW on the QO if they can't work out something smaller--say 3/$36M with the final year being a PO
Zaza -- 2/$25M? Maybe 3/$35? Good solid player, but he's careering on a veteran team with a genius coach.
Hibbert -- 1/$5M maybe? Can't see a team giving many years or much money at this point. Maybe he does a little better?
Mozgov -- 3/$36M Some team is going to be willing to take a chance on this guy.

Whiteside- Max from a lot of teams
Jefferson 12mil~ Not sure who really wants him tho. Someone will panic
Noah 12mil~ I think Noahs next contract will either be a steal or a catastrophe. I'd take the risk. I kind of hope he becomes a Pelican.
Ezeli- Hard choice. Restricted, not world breaking and on a team with a lot of salary already. Someone has to overpay for him to leave but I'm not sure he's worth overpaying for. Almost expect QO
Zaza-4/40? I think Dallas retains him as long as it stays semi reasonable.
Hibbert- I think someone like Boston should try to lock him up on a 4 year 20mil ish offer. He's a guy that could be a home run if you can get him there mentally. He's a legit spot big worst case scenario.
Mozgov- League is moving away from the style he plays. I see a short term 1-2 year 8-12mil a year contract.

On one hand, they'll be several craploads of cap space available around the league, so contracts look to be huge.
One the other hand, center is - IMO - by far the deepest position around the league for decent enough rotation players at this time (perhaps because a lot of guys who would have been big PF's are also centers now). So teams with spare cap space and roster holes probably won't have a hole at center.
Whiteside : 4yr/25% MAX
Jefferson : 2yr / $15M
Noah : 2yr / $20M
Ezeli : 4yr / $50M (obviously not unrestricted)
Zaza: 3yr / $40M (been a quality starter the last 2 years, not just in Dallas)
Hibbert 2yr / $15M
Mozgov 3yr / $40M
Other UFA centers:
Howard : 4yr / $100M (less then he could get but still looks ugly down the line)
Biyombo : 3yr / $20M
Mahimi : 3yr / $20M
Several more RFAs : Zeller, Deadman, Leonard, Boban

Deserves it or not Hibbert will get at least 8 mil. per year.

Jefferson and Noah will each get at least a 3yr 36mil offer. With as much cap space as teams will have they should have plenty of suitors.

I could see Miami offering a 5 year max if they can under the cba as a talent value resign. 4 year max otherwise, there still a lot of decision makers who value the center position and every team will have money.
Jefferson
I think he'll get some one year offers, but I also think a team out there might offer him less money $7M at 3 years. I think he'll go anywhere that offers him the most money.
Noah
I think he gets a 4 year max if teams believe he is healthy. I could envision him getting a max offer, failing a physical and signing for less years and less money.
Ezeli
4yr/ 48M. The question I have is whether he gets from GSW or someone else.
Zaza
3 yr 36M. He's 32 next month, so this is might be his last chance at a good contract. No rebuilding teams will go after him.
Hibbert
I think he takes a minimum or near minimum deal with the Spurs or another contending team who thinks he might add to their defense off the bench as a situational player.
Mozgov
4 yr / 48M He'll be thirty by next season, but is attractive enough to a team in the middle area to spend on.

I rarely do, but I agree with hcsilla in this case. There will be a ton of cap space unused, and many teams will feel they just HAVE to spend it. Ultimately, it will only be a one year deal, or maybe a 2 year deal but with a TEAM controlled 2nd year, but I just imagine he's going to get something higher than the MLE, and likely in the $7-10m range.

I think he'll get more than that ($10m+ annual range), but I hope you're right!

Is this an exception to 33?

I agree on all but Hibbert. Bigs always gets paid. There is a reason so many have awful contracts. Someone will throw him $10 million a year for 1 or 2 years.
And remember, far more money this summer than there are players to spend it on.

Whiteside - 4 year max: (he'll be 27 next season)
$20,956,974 $21,900,037 $22,885,539 $23,915,388 Total = $89,657,938
Jefferson - 2/25 (he'll be 32 next season)
Noah - 2/25 (he'll be 31 next season)
Ezeli -- 4/50 (he'll be 27 next season)
Zaza -- 3/36 (he'll be 32 next season) <-- I think this is a bargain deal, fwiw.
Hibbert -- 2/15 (he'll be 30 next season)
Mozgov -- 3/36 (he'll be 30 next season)
I think most players will want player options in their 2nd year, because of the salary cap jump.

Would you agree that Hibbert would only get 10M from a team that wants him to be a starter?
If so, what team would want Hibbert to start for them?

When taking into account that every one gets overpaid every off-season and tons of teams have cap space plus the cap increase and the top of the market drying up fast then teams turning towards stubbornly outbidding themselves for middle tier talents, I think all of these guys get lots and lots of money and a lot more than any one here thinks they're worth. We will all be amazed by the contracts this summer I bet.

Before I posted I adjusted my estimates for six of the players by 25%. The cap is changing by 27% though.

No because starting this summer, $10 million will be a fine salary for a backup big. Especially one who can handle starter's minutes if necessary.
Hibbert isn't a bad player. He just needs to be in a spot where he can focus on playing defense and protecting the rim. There will always be a market for a guy like that. And, again, bigs always get paid. Always.
