There was the Suns deal for cousins being reported that I was sure was made up because no way kings would trade him for scraps.

I never thought Boogie would be traded.

I gave it a slim to nil chance that Boogie gets moved this deadline after Vlade came forward not too long ago and said flat out that Boogie will not get traded -- and there was a some sort of "gentleman's agreement" in place in re-signing Boogie to the DPE.
Vlade went back on his word and traded Boogie for a bag of chips....

I thought if he's traded it would take at least one of the BKN picks or equivalent value. Wow, was I wrong! I'm not sure the crow I'm gonna eat here is for overestimating the value of Boogie or underestimating the Kings FO's idiocy! Anyways... crow is a crow and it should be consumed without excuses.

Vlade went back on his word and traded Boogie for Steph Curry....

These are always a good read!
Yah, I thought the Kings were keeping Cousins.
After last offseason, I said of the Rockets: "No defence and no leadership. Still, I don't mind these moves: if you can't be good, at least be exciting." Well, turns out they're also very good.
(If we're going back that far, I thought Durant was a 1000% lock to stay in OKC.)
I quite liked Detroit's offseason and thought they were on the way up. I liked the Ellenson pick and not the Leuer signing, but there's no question which paid off more

So many crows I can't remember! Will update as I think of them.

Definitely that Boogie wouldn't be traded. In response to stitches, I think it's more of the incompetence of the FO than a lesser market for Cousins because of our incompetence in not moving any of the vets like Collison, Afflalo or Koufos at the deadline. If we were to move them for anything, literally even 2nd round picks, it would make me feel a little more like there actually was a practically non-existent market for Cousins rather than our FO is just a complete joke.

Thought the Wiz be struggle to be a .500 team, that Beal's effectiveness would be limited by his penchant for long 2's even if healthy, that Porter would be more valuable defensively than offensively, that Markieff would be a liability on both ends, and that Jason Smith was a bad signing and Andrew Nicholson a good one (jury still out on Mahinmi who I thought we overpaid). Go Wiz, I would love a good dish of NBA champion crow.

Never thought that the Pelicans of all teams would trade for Cousins for a steal at the expense of the Kings dumbfoundedness. Great job Pelicans!
Could the Bulls not get anymore stupid with today's trade. Their best deal they could've done was fire GarPax and Hoiberg! That would've been the best move of the day.
The Magic not making a move today may make or break GM Rob Hennigan's evaluation at the end of the season. If he's forced out, make sure to take Alex Martins with him for interfering in matters that fall on the GM responsibilities.
Didn't see Nerlens Noel going to Dallas. Good move Dallas!
Shouldn't have surprised me that a Mike D'Antoni team would get more offensive weapons at the expense of defense. Good regular season team, but will fall in the playoffs Rockets!
The Grizzlies decision to not make a move and rather stay content will create a rude awakening in the playoffs.
Didn't think the Nets would get a first round pick from a Bojan Bogdanovic trade!

I'm eating crow over the fact that I doubted for even the slightest second that Colangelo was going to throw away everything Hinkie did.

I thought cam Payne had completely tanked his value. As they say 'it only takes one team.'
I'll set myself up to eat some more crow later on though; I think in 2 years we'll look at the chi/OKC trade and feel like OKC sold low.

You couldn't tell me that Boston wouldn't trade 1 or 2 Brooklyn picks for a player. Impossible I thought....
Didn't think Joel would be as good as he has been. Glad for him I was wrong about that.
To join the parade..... The Cousins deal. Holy.......

1- Thought Cousins as a KIng, and Davis as a Pelican were destined to be low playoffs/lottery teams for years.
1b- Never thought Cousins would get traded for that little.
2- Never thought Andrew Nicholson or Corey Brewer would get moved for useful players.
3- Dallas would be the team to get the young front-court player the Sixers unloaded.
Although;
I don't think i ever posted it, but i really figured that the Nets would be the landing spot if/when the Rockets traded KJ.

Thought I already posted, sure I have more but never thought Boogie would go, especially for that.
Also thought Boston would trade a Nets pick.

I'm wondering when the entire 76ers board steps in here and eats their crow regarding what Noel should be pulling in?
