LA isn't giving up enough value and I think CHI is getting shafted in the OP. Here's my proposal.
LAL out: Deng, Randle, Brewer, 2021 LAL 1st, CHI 2018 2nd
LAL in: Wade, Nicholson
POR out: Nicholson, Davis, 2018 POR 1st (top 20 protected)
POR in: Randle, Brewer
CHI out: Wade
CHI in: Deng, Davis, 2018 POR 1st (top 20 protected), 2021 LAL 1st, CHI 2018 2nd
LAL cuts significant salary and could seek to stretch Nicholson.
POR ditches Nicholson, gets an upgrade at PF and saves some salary.
CHI continues to collect rebuilding assets

Portland traded CLE '18 for CLE '17 - which became Caleb Swanigan. Doubt this would fly even if CLE '18 was POR '18 lotto protected.
