Ill offer this idea for:

-Suns create enough cap space to bring in Parker on a near max S&T
-Bucks get back a veteran SF/PF to replace Teletovic a prospect and pick to fill out roster while staying under LT.

To Phoenix
-Jabari Parker (4 years, $80-90 million)

To Milwaukee
-Jared Dudley (1 year, $9.5 million)
-Marquesse Chriss (1 year, $3.2 million plus TO)
-Rights to player selected - Suns 2018 2nd round pick

Why?
-Suns make a move to upgrade the 4 spot with a better prospect in Parker to align with development curve. They can re-sign Payton and draft a C with their own 2018 1st to have a core of Payton/Booker/Jackson/Warren/Bender/2018 1sts.

The Bucks cap is $107 million if they let Parker walk (assuming Teletovic is dead money). If someone offers him near max/max, they go into the tax threshold.

And taking this money back causes that anyway, but without Jabari.

a 2nd is not enough to dump Dudley/Chriss given their recent incidents / on court skill.

If this was the best offer they could get they'd force jabari to take QO or let him walk

Seriously though wouldn't it be easier to just send a mid first, also why does Phoenix need him, they have 2 S.F's already, they need an actual P.F. (Don't come here and tell me Jabari Parker is an actual P.F. just cause the bucks have 2 S.F's, Middleton and Brogdon to all give minutes to).
