Stole the premise from Spens1
McCollum, Leonard for Hill, JR, #8
CJ is a hometown kid that can be electric with Bron or without.
Blazers can use the salary reduction and Hill is still solid with Dame.

Re: CLE POR
I just don't see any way the Cavs take back Leonard given the fact they're in the repeater tax.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Re: CLE POR
I could potentially buy it for the Cavs since I think McCollum would be great as a pg, would give them a deadly offensive threat and creator off the dribble that they lack since Irving left and he is only 26 and locked up for 3 more years so he could be built around or redealt if Lebron doesn't stick around (I doubt they'll know Lebron's status prior to draft).
Don't see Portland being interested in a draft pick at this stage of their development. It's a big talent downgrade for a team that is built to win sooner rather than later. I could see them dealing McCollum potentially but not for a rebuilding package. Maybe bringing in a 3rd team to give Portland more win-now pieces for the pick could work but I'm not certain what that is.

Middleton really looks like he fell of a cliff to me.
