Hill, Johnson(expiring), Diallo(expiring)/Jackson and a 1st?

Pels really could've used rondo

But a playoff rotation of

Payton(looks improved for now), jrue, barnes, mirotic, AD, Randle, moore, clark and miller isnt awul

Imo they should really go after Jimmy. Up the offer and make it 2 1st rounders. Can add in darius miller instead of Wesley if they want. I think that offer can be beaten easily, but depends when Wolves make deal and who is still interested.

Payton, Jrue, Butler, AD, Randle
Bench rotation of: Moore, Clark, Mirotic

Can make the WCF

Dallas wouldn't take Hill unless Barnes confirmed he was opting in.

Even then, wouldn't happen until Dallas was totally out of the playoff picture.

Solomon Hill and MKG have pretty close contracts. What sort of sweetener would NOP have to cough up?

Just posted on th general board about this but I’d throw ATL two first rounders for Taurean Prince right now (2021 heavily protected). They still probably say no. I think we have another Khris Middleton on our hands with that guy.

Probably none. What has MKG done in his career?

Kelly Oubre and Mahinmi for Hill and 2nd?

Not much, but he’s still a much better player than Solomon freaking Hill. You’ll have to add value here.

Not sure if he's legit or it's just the fact somebody has to take shots on that bad ATL team..
The Hawks will already have 2 lottery picks in 2019 so even as a rebuilding team there's no real reason to trade a 24 year old if he's going to blossom and become a legit player for them going forward. 2016 was a crap draft but he was still taken in the lottery for a reason that year.

Tony Snell for Wes Johnson + Miller?

Bucks get expiring which will get them some cap to spend in addition to resigning Middleton this offseason

I think MKG is criminally underrated but I worry that issues with his shot have affected his overall confidence in his game. With a j, he’s a 20m dollar a year player.

Having said all of that, the Oubre move (with Satoransky) makes a lot of sense, something like a three way trade even where we get some talent and they get some cap relief.

Ariza really would be perfect. Low usage glue guy who can play stout D vs. Durant and knock down the 3, plus he’s expiring. Honestly could make them the most competitive matchup for GS, and this ensures AD staying.

Hill + Frank J. (Suns PG/combo of the future?) + 2019 1st + Diallo or other filler.

Wonder if Suns would consider that if they’re out the playoff picture at the trade deadline. May not be enough to take that extra year of Hill. Any ideas for a 3 team trade?

No way the Suns do this deal as a frame.

Ariza is not only a much better player but also on an expiring contract.

Yea accidentally hit submit before adding the 2019 1st and explanation. Any other realistic ideas for Ariza to Pels?

Ariza can't be traded until Jan 15 2019.

Hmmm. How about Oubre?
22, Hometown kid, RFA to grow with AD...
Kieff Morris & Oubre for Miller, Johnson, 1st, future 2nd (2020 or 21)

Payton
Holiday
Oubre
Mirotic
AD

Bench: Randle, Kieff, Moore, Clark, Hill, Jackson

Evan Fournier for Solomon Hill + ‘19 FRP (top 8 protected)

I’ve been a huge fan of his game for a while now but I’m no longer sure about the fit. Jrue now plays a lot at the 2 and I worry a little about Fournier at the 3 long term even if it’s his best position defensively.

He would kill in this offense though.

Justin Holiday for a second rounder.
