Hawks and Warriors - Vince's for a ring.

Pretty simple premise.

Atlanta trade - Vince Carter
Warriors trade - Jordan Bell

Can't happen for a few days, after December 15th I think. Let's be real about the Hawks this season, they aren't even remotely close to sniffing the playoffs. The Hawks get a young, energy big that isn't really growing sitting on the bench in the Bay, and the Warriors get Vince that can fill a role with the Warriors in this regular season where they need win now guys that know the game and can be trusted.

Thoughts?

As poorly as Bell has been playing we need bigs even when Cousins comes back so I don't see how this helps us. Depending on who else is available, I may want to sign Vince to our last roster spot if the Hawks buy him out though.

Atlanta gets justin Patton and two 2021 second rounders and 2023 Detroit second rounder
Philly gets DeAndre bembry and Vince carter

Atlanta passes. Rather have Bembry now than 3 2nds later. Bembry is finally showing something after an injury riddled sophomore season. He's finally learned to shoot the 3 ball and an improving offensive game, he defends and can run the offense and play some PG. He can fill a stat sheet.

Hawks should certainly do this deal, not exactly sure why the Warriors would though.
