Probably going to have to add more later but a start:
1. Really thought Davis would stay in NOLA.
2. Didn't see the Grizzlies ever blowing it up.
3. A year ago I still liked Fultz, and still want him to turn it around but he's probably never living up to the billing (still love the deal for Orlando).
4. Pretty much everything Kings related this season.
5. A year ago I thought Durant wouldn't ever leave GSW. Now I'm convinced he's a Knick next year.
I may have more later too.
Edits so far:
Thought Young wouldn't be nearly this good so fast. And Bagley too (but classify that under the Kings one).
Underestimated Denver by a lot.

First and foremost on my list:
Back at the beginning of the season, I gave credit to Denver for their work getting cheaper..."but are they better?" I also publicly questioned the Mike Malone extension, at least the timing of it.
Welp.
Denver took a huge leap forward with largely the same roster as last year, and I got a double serving of crow for that.
Also of note:
- I thought the Kings would sink back to Earth before the deadline, but no, I'm pleased to say they're still scrapping and I was wrong about that too.
- I thought Butler and the Wolves were a match made in heaven, and the team was ready to rise. They're still not dead but a lot of things have fallen apart in ways I did not expect.
- I knew Melo was on the downside but I didn't think he'd fall THAT far, THAT fast.
- thought Mitch Robinson was a bomb waiting to go off, especially under New York media scrutiny. He's shown up in a big way.
Will update as I think of more.

Quick reminder: This thread is not for calling out others for being wrong. This thread is for owning where and when you were wrong.
Anyone trying to call out others will receive full warnings. Thanks all!

I would've bet $100 that Mitch would do something... anything at all. We haven't made a single personnel move since July and it's been apparent since November that this team needed some kind of change. This is still essentially Rich Cho's team but with a competent backup PG and somewhat competent head coach.

-- Sacramento has won more games than I expected they would all year.
-- I took Lowe at his word that Philly wasn't all that interested in Butler, especially after they didn't go hard after Kawhi. It didn't make sense agewise, and especially eschewing Covington.
-- I'm sure there is more, but lets let how impressive Sac has been shine for now without too much company.

Eating crow because so many Magic fans wanted Fultz and I thought the cost would be too high. Even if he never gets a jumper back we got a great deal.

I thought Trey Young was going to be a flat out bust from day 1.
I thought Luka would be good, but not this damn good.
I thought the Suns would be slightly competitive and maybe win 30 games in the west.

Kings have won more games than I thought they would for the entire season.
Bagley looks promising, after the summer league I had him at high bust odds.
Thought Lebron would get some help in Laker land and they'd make some trades of significance.

1. I was wrong that Luka Doncic was going to be a bust due to the hyped he received during the draft trials. Too damn good!
2. I had Otto Porter either going to Sacramento or New Orleans(before AD23 made his announcement to be traded from NOLA) Now he's in Chi-town of all places.
3. Never liked the idea of Jonas Valanciunas on the Grizzlies due to so many regurgitating trade proposals between both squads always mentioning him and Gasol being traded for each other on this board. Now the fantasy has become a reality.
4. Didn't figured Markelle Fultz would become a new member of the Magic. Welcome aboard??

I kinda did, at least 30-35 wins good. But thought Love wouldn't miss the season and they'd keep some guys.

I thought Sexton would be decent and that a healthy Love and Tristan Thompson could keep them at least competitive. I thought they’d be hovering around the 8 spot.

Add me to the list that thought the Cavs had enough vets and depth along with Love to remain semi competitive. I thought they would make the POs.
I didn't think Brooklyn had a chance to make the POs as well.

Of course Kings but that's pretty much everyone lol
Did not see Vuc playing so well at all. Saw him as JVal but worse on defense. He's been great.
Thought Pascal was fine but was getting way too much hype going into the season.
Thought James Ennis would be really helpful but he's bad.
As others I thought the Cavs would be around 35 wins but injuries played a big part of that

I don't think I stated that publicly but I would have if it came up somewhere - I was totally wrong about the value Tobias Harris will bring back in a trade 4 months before he's a free agent. It was shocking to me how much LAC got for him.

Yeah, chalk me in with the Tobias Harris return, I was ready to deal him to Utah or Indiana for an unproductive expiring and a pick in the 20's, never expected this haul.
Obviously, the Kings thing I never expected. I kind of liked what they were building there, but didn't expect this growth this quick, or Fox's development into a surefire future star.
From the offseason, so I'm not sure if I missed a previous crow thread, but I didn't believe for a second Lebron would have gone to the Lakers, why would he?
I didn't like Milwaukee's team at the start of the season all that much, I thought they'd still be fighting for the lower playoff seeds. Now I have them as the best team in the East by a good margin.
I thought there was not gonna be a franchise player in the past draft, liked Luka as the best guy in the draft, but I thought he'd top as a utility guy that could at most aspire to make an allstar or two if everything went right for him. Not just him, but Bagley, Young, JJJ, Shai, Carter, Knox, Huerter, so many guys are surpassing my expectations in this rookie class.
Not NBA, but I didn't expect Zion Williamson to be this good. I was a Nassir Little guy, and it seems I was mostly wrong as I often am with college prospects.
