How much will Kelly Oubre make per year in his next contract?

His impact stats have never been impressive. He's one of those guys that shows flashes but hasn't put it all together. I think Oubre is a risky signing in that I can see him become a bad contract while also having the ability to become a player on a bargain deal.

I'd be aiming for 12-15mil.
