I think the Pels would love to move up one spot and nab Barrett, since he's clearly the highest-coveted SG in the draft. He's also a Dukie like Zion, and he would round out that lineup perfectly.

What would it take for the Pels to move up a spot?

Someone like Culver or Hunter is fine at #4. If you don't want to have Ball, I'm sure you could trade him plus an LA pick for a pretty good player.
