I think they're trying to bring Miroric back too. Lopez on the MLE. But that would probably take Middleton to not get the full max and Brogdon on a backloaded contract.

Repetitive Problem with SAS trade proposals? Some biggies from my POV:

1) Yes, we have good player development and will take on selected reclamation projects. No, we are not paying assets to acquire your busts... If we choose to take on your teams bust, you are paying us.

2) We are not burning it to the ground as a rebuild until Pop leaves, and quite possibly not then. It appears the FO philosophy does not involve tanking.

3) It's all the Spurs system and therefore current SAS players are crap and your garbage will look great for us... Just F* off. We are not going to do a trade that SAS 100% obviously loses.

Sacramento - tons of cap space. Would love to make a big splash but not likely. Want to find pieces that fit around our existing core. Biggest holes are center and SF, willing to overpay barnes because hes the best 3 we've had in 10 years and fits nicely into our squad. Never wanted wcs back lol.

Kings right now have the worst SF depth in league history.

We're exploring opportunities to shed salary to go after DLo and are willing to take risks to do so, but calculated risks.

We value the young wings on the team (Okogie and Culver) likely higher than most (especially in Okogie's case).

Rosas is interested in playing 1 guard, 3 wings, and a big, so what may seem like a glut of wings on the roster currently is actually what the FO is envisioning.

Why not? Is the shooting an issue? Size?

I’ve seen some very solid advanced metrics for Tyus in terms of facilitating and being able to run an offense. Not to mention he’s still what 23?

PER36 usually loves bench players and his PER36 numbers are below average. his DRTG is pretty high. had a negative DBPM. could be a good backup PG, just doesnt seem like some hidden gem starter to me

If the cost to move Dieng is Okogie + lotto protected first and we have a deal in place to move Teague for a second or two, AND we're nearly certain that'll be enough to get DLo, I'd probably be interested . Any more than that I'd probably lean towards no.

Edit: I think a better way to explain how I value Okogie is a late lotto pick, which I would guess is higher than most non-Wolves fans and about in line with a Wolves 2020 unprotected pick.

They are looking for stretch bigmen and veterans that can shoot, using mostly their 31 million in cap space.

How do you feel about a Dieng deal? I guess you don’t have enough room to do it outright, but he could be a replacement for Dedmon and come with Okogie and a pick.
