They can not offer any. They owe their 2021 to OKC which prevents the 2020 and 2022 from being traded. Their 2023 through 2026 are tied up because of protections on them. When do the 2028 picks become tradable?

This only happens if Bradley Beal goes in front of a camera and says IM DEMANDING A TRADE TO MIAMI HEAT AND WILL NOT PLAY OR RESIGN WITH NO ONE ELSE, the likelihood of this happening is as close as Orlando finishing with the best record in the East so yea not happening. Lay down the pipe.
PM me if you can help a brotha finally get an AVI.

No GM would trade for picks that far into the future unless they had bulletproof job security.

If this happens it'll take another team likely two. Those type of deals tend to be far too complex to pull off. But if Miami is really committed it may work.

There is mutual interest between Beal and the Heat.
Miami have cap space in 2021. By waiting, Miami will not end up absorbing the burdenous contract of Wall and avoid giving away young player/s and/or pick/s.
Miami will get Beal for free.

Its pointless to debate Beals value on here. Wizards fans think hes going to be worth Paul George, but I think hes closer to what DeMarcus got for sac.
